From start to finish, my experience with LBM was exceptional. During a very difficult time, the staff at LBM showed genuine compassion and professionalism. Courtney and Amy were incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through the process with care and clarity. They made sure every detail was perfect and communicated with kindness and understanding.
A special mention goes to Roy, whose craftsmanship is truly remarkable. The portrait he etched into the granite was breathtaking — it captured the spirit and likeness of our loved one with incredible precision and artistry. It brought tears to our eyes and will be a lasting tribute for generations to come.

I was really upset when I arrived as my mom was dying that day. Roy Dixon and the staff was amazing. Not only did they hold my hand while I cried they designed a final perfect tribute to my mom. I couldn't be happier with the compassion and the personal service and follow up I got. They are truly a bright spot in a terrible time. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Roy and Amy were wonderful to work with during such a difficult time. One would think choosing cemetery stones would be an impossible task, but they made it easy and comforting. They shared stories about my dad I hadn’t even heard before. It’s apparent they are good at not only what they do but knowing Burlington and it’s community. And that’s important when it comes to these moments in life. My family thanks them greatly on the beautiful job they did creating the bench for my dad. It’s going to provide many years of comfort for us all. Thank you Roy and Amy!
