Sherri and Dawn were very helpful! I live in West Virginia and they helped me over the phone and even texted me pictures of plant options. They filled out a card for me and did same day delivery. The customer service was outstanding and extremely appreciated! I truly thank ya for going above and beyond!

My family and I came to breakfast at this Hy-Vee the morning after my father-in-laws wedding. We had 11 people come in with a reservation. Jonathan, the manager, is AMAZING! He talks to his staff so nicely and is busy going table to table making sure guests are happy... I literally overheard him tell a server "don't worry about anything else, just worry about the customers... I'll handle the rest". Jonathan is an extremely hard worker and Hy-Vee is lucky to have him!

Great place, excellent staff and a very clean and hygienic environment. The only downside is the lack of cashiers. A good way to spread covid is to make the place congested and that's exactly what lowering cashiers does.
