“Our furnace quit working while it was VERY cold last week. I called Jern's and Bob (the owner) arrived within 30 minutes. They installed our new furnace the next day (Friday). There was an issue of some kind (not their fault) and they had to return on Monday to fix it. They came on Monday as promised and the furnace has been working perfectly.
