Bruce was very helpful through our entire home inspection process. He goes into great detail while inspecting the house, and even greater detail explaining all of his findings. He was very informative on the things that would need fixed and replaced, and also on the importance of each item. Overall, this was the most thorough home inpection I have ever received. I would recommend Home IQ time and time again!
Outstanding service Bruce was able to get in and inspect my home much earlier than originally planned he was incredibly thorough and was able to supply me with a lot of information about my home down to the last detail he even gave me a booklet that taught me and showed me a lot about my house I would recommend him to anyone!
Bruce does a phenomenal job making sure we understand the findings within his report. He walked us through, showed us things, and made recommendations based on our plans for purchasing the house. Very open, honest and professional all around!
