Joe was both fast and effective. And I gotta' include Fun as well. He knows the area like the back of his hand (43 years in Burlington will do that to ya'). And knows all the weird plumbing issues that come with 100 year old homes.Funny aside: The company is called Stinky Inc. You gotta' love a plumber with a sense of humor.Great folks. Will use them anytime Plumbing is on my mind.

My basement drain started off by only flooding when the washer ran, then within a week any water source would cause my basement to flood and i panicked. I contacted 2 other places that were not at all interested in helping me and one said even if they were willing to do the job that it would be weeks. A friend recommended Drain Tainer and within an hour of me calling they came to my house and went 70 feet into my drain with their equipment and found tree roots. I expected an extra charge but it was included in the service fee! I am beyond thankful for this company and they will continue to be my first contact if anything like this happens again. Came on a Sunday afternoon within 1 hour of calling. We had a clog between the house and septic tank. Joe was awesome and stayed until he knew it was resolved. He was very nice and explained what he was doing. Will use again if needed. Charge was reasonable for weekend call. Definitely recommend them in emergency situations.
