I cannot thank you enough for getting help to me so quickly on the worst weather day we've had so far this winter! Was doing laundry and discovered all the water backing up into my basement. Joshua snaked the clogged sewer line and got us back in business in no time! Thank-you so much!!!

Where do I begin?! We had a backed up sewer line in the basement.. We went through AWR (American Water Resources) and after being told they had no available contractors in their system Friday and then calling in again Sunday with no resolve, I took it upon myself to call the Drain Doctor Monday morning. From the first initial phone call with Clay, he immediately went above and beyond helping me. Clay not only assured me they were available but also work with AWR. He then took it upon himself to call AWR on my behalf to get things taken care of so they could get me scheduled. AWR advised they had a glitch in their system. Once Clay contacted AWR he called me right back and said one his guys would be out before noon. Rory then arrived before 12 and got to work! He was so personable and knowledgeable. He took care of our backed up line in no time and advised that if I had any other issues to not hesitate to call back. I cannot say how much I appreciate you guys for helping me out. Customer Service at its finest!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Drain Doctor!! 👌
