One day before another snowstorm (thanks polar vortex) and near 0 Temps our furnace decided it wanted a vacay. Called these fine folks and Mike was here in less than 2 hours. He taught me how to determine the issue via the number of times the red light blinks and if I could correct the situation myself. This one turned out to be an easy fix. I could not be more impressed with Connie and Mike. Great teamwork y'all!

As far as Refridgeration goes this father son combo (I assume) are the definition of 5 stars. Customer service, knowledge, and most importantly they educate the customer because Refridgeration is their life, not some job to get by. That’s how it’s supposed to work, be passionate about your job and people will notice.
