had a reservation for a bride and 6 others. wedding was today made the reservation in jan and spoke with someone 3 separate times to confirm. we were told to be there today at 8 am. no one was there we went next door for coffee, still no one showed up. locals and googles say they open at 9. by 9 am still locked and dark. now the bride and everyone are scrambling to get our hair done before the wedding. called twice and left a vm no return call. i would not recommend extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Hannah did FANTASTIC on my hair! For someone who never experienced dying their hair and had very little knowledge of the process. Hannah was able to walk me through each and every step and suggest fantastic ideas that didn’t keep much upkeep. I absolutely love my results so much and excited to continue my future hair with Hannah!
