Grateful for such amazing customer service! We happened upon an opportunity to utilize a skid steer for the weekend, around 1pm on a Friday afternoon. On a long shot, I contacted Jasper Construction Services to see if there was any chance of having 3 truckloads of driveway gravel delivered yet that day. I explained that we just came into the opportunity, and if it couldn't be done it was completely understandable so late in the day. Although all the trucks were out in service, and I'm sure everyone was anxious to start their weekend after an extremely hot week, John began to make calls to see if any of the trucks were about done with their day's work. By 2:30 he called back and had made arrangements to get us our gravel. About 20 minutes later, the truck driver Damon called to confirm where we wanted the loads dropped. Backing all the way down our long, curving and hilly driveway, he delivered all three loads exactly where we had hoped. Thank you to you both, and to the team! You all went above and beyond!!!
