Had a system installed from them earlier this year. Technicians were prompt, courteous and respectful of the home. Had a water leak issue in the roof where the exhaust was installed that didn't get noticed until some heavy rains. Contacted them and they had a tech out within a couple days to assess the issue. Turns out some fasteners weren't tightened to spec. A quick fix that day and no problems since. Would be 5-stars if not for the big water stain on my garage ceiling!
They drilled the hole and installed the piping and fan in just one morning. My personal radon monitor previously showed readings over 6 and is now showing less than 0.5.
The fan outdoors is a little louder than I would like, but it's not intrusive and cannot be heard inside the house.
Had them install a mitigation system this week. Excellent service. Michael keep me informed each step he took. He took great care of the house and you would of never knew he was there. His work area was spotless. We had the system go through the roof, excellent job on the boot too. Early scans show we averaged 7 in our basement and not is averaging 3.4. Thanks Michael give that guy a raise.
