“I've never been particular about a haircut, so I've always stopped in any place that was open when I needed a cut. Then one day I tried the Mane Image in Blue Grass. At first I let whichever stylist was open cut my hair, which was fine, but after a couple cuts from Connie I was sold. Then they said they were moving the shop. Luckily, it was just a block away and their new location is modern, clean, and very comfortable. All the stylists there are friendly and talented but Connie cuts my hair perfectly every time! For the first time in my (lengthy) life, I am particular about who cuts my hair now.”

She got on his level, explained everything, helped him get comfortable, let him play a game on the floor, while she worked with him. By the second haircut, he was climbing into the chair like a big boy. Still apprehensive, but tolerated it!
