Excellent exam experience! The front office was friendly and helpful. Dr. Urbatitis made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain things. The experience was very personal and not made to feel like just another transaction. I loved that they took care of ordering my contacts and had them quickly delivered straight to my house. Would recommend!

I visited Dr. Joseph Urbaitis for an eye exam today and I was impressed by how well he takes care of his patients. Doctor took time to do all examinations and explained every single detail about my condition. Doctor went above and beyond and explained more detail about how I should be protecting my eyes from screen lights. Cindy at front desk is very friendly and helpful as well. Overall I was very satisfied with this visit and definitely recommend him!

Wonderful experience! Clean, professional clinic with modern equipment. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Urbaitis made me feel comfortable and at ease during the appointment. He also took the time to explain the different portions of the exam. I think I actually look forward to my appointments here every year!
