Universal Nails never disappoints when I get a pedicure. Cindy is very customer service oriented often calling me back w/o me leaving a message to set up my appt. She is very accommodating. The entire staff does a wonderful job!
Sarah is my girl. Always friendly and know exactly what color I need when I can't find it myself. She always properly removes gel (without the electric file) which I really appreciate. Thanks for always having flexible schedules and getting me on the books!!
If you are tired of making an appointment at the nail salon and end up having to still wait 45 min before the service begins this salon is for you! This was my first time making an appointment at this salon and I was taken care of right away. The place is clean, the team was very professional, friendly and did not make me feel like they were rushing to get me finished to move on to the next client. I will definitely be back and will recommend this salon to others.
