“Nothing but good things here. I met Maria at the Orion Fall Fest, and she is one of the kindest people. I had questions about a possible upcoming window upgrade to help my “old children” ❤️? not have so much draft in their rooms. She listened to my situation, gave words of advice, and then simply asked for a meeting. I was quick to say yes because of the first impression made. Even after meeting with her rep and not being able to secure their business-next paragraph for him-she called and checked in on how things were in my life. The interaction with Maria alone is reason enough to do business in the future.

Now on to her rep, Weston. All good things, I promise. He was professional, but not the kind that makes you feel like they’re talking on down to you or you can’t understand what they’re saying. He was real and honest. No BS and straight to the point while still pitching the product, which, secondary note; the product looks amazing. He tried his very best to work within my budget, holding out hope that I would be approved on the financial side. After disappointing news, he even tried to show a plan that could work for me, knowing my situation and not trying to break my bank. Top notch.

While it didn’t work out right now to make a plan with this team, I 100% will be doing any future business with them. I’ve said for years people won’t care about what you’re saying until they know you care.
