The technician came to my house within an hour or so after calling. They the tree roots out of my sewer. Everything is working great now. What a lifesaver! The technician was courteous and professional and also educated me on how to prevent the problem again.

Jimmy was very professional and explained everything very well so there were no surprises. He was out on a Saturday night and had an issue with tree roots. He made sure everything was cleared before he left and made sure to explain how to help prevent problems on the future. Highly recommend Jimmy and Roto-Rooter.
