Can’t see the filters from the ground and was a very clean job. No mess in the yard. Haven’t had a strong rain yet so can’t really say how well they work in a heavy rain storm.
The sales representative was very easy to talk to, explain things very well. She was quick and efficient, and just a really nice person.
The installers arrived very quickly (sooner than was promised) and did a fabulous job. I am so relieved to not have to worry about my gutters, downspouts and leaves ever again. Money well spent.
My take is that the two gentlemen you sent to my Mom's house here at 109 South Holloway, Alexis, IL were very professional and went beyond for our home. Not only did they install the Leaf Filter system, but they capped off the two inlets and placed proper extenders onto the drain system.
Prior to the installation, the two inlets were going directly into the sump pump drain. After the heavy rain following the installation, there was no water in the sump pump drain. So essentially, your crew that was sent out just extended the life of our sump pump as well as the foundation to our home.
