First, we researched pools & picked the pool we liked best, then used Latham Pool’s recommendations for a certified pool installer… Latham recommended Backyard Oasis… Unfortunately, Backyard Oasis was not a reputable installer & Latham made it very clear afterward, even though Latham certified them they had no ties to Backyard Oasis. Backyard Oasis damaged everything they touched, stole from us, lied trying to bury their detrimental mistakes & abandoned our project.
