“First, we researched pools & picked the pool we liked best, then used Latham Pool’s recommendations for a certified pool installer… Latham recommended Backyard Oasis… Unfortunately, Backyard Oasis was not a reputable installer & Latham made it very clear afterward, even though Latham certified them they had no ties to Backyard Oasis. Backyard Oasis damaged everything they touched, stole from us, lied trying to bury their detrimental mistakes & abandoned our project. We inquired with multiple other pool installers on our situation. The professional consensus was that everything we had was damaged & in need of starting over from scratch. Then we got in touch with Lawns Unlimited! Right away I took note that Brett’s pool knowledge was second to none! What he said just made sense! Becky’s communication/updates & follow-through were greatly appreciated, especially after our Backyard Oasis experience. Lawn’s Unlimited was able to repair damages caused by Backyard Oasis, salvage what was salvageable, make our home safe again & get our children swimming. Lawns Unlimited did NOT cut corners correcting the absolute disaster we handed them. I hope no one has to go through the Hell Backyard Oasis put my family through, learn from my mistakes, please make Lawns Unlimited your first call, I promise you will be time & money ahead. Remember, it is good business to do business with people that want to work with you & Lawns Unlimited does!”

“I am only giving Curb Appeal this 3-star review due to lack of follow up and not for their actually work, which from the reviews appears to be very positive. I had scheduled an appointment for Monday March, 2nd which Curb Appeal rep did come out and look at the proposed work. At that time, it was agreed upon that I would receive a follow -up proposal (no time frame was given but I assumed 1-2 weeks?). Well, this Monday March 30th it will be 4 weeks and I have not received an email, phone call or text. This is very disappointing as I have had multiple vendors come out in the past and they have not followed up either. I just thought potential customers should know beforehand if they are considering Curb Appeal for any future work.<br><br>UPDATE: I did want everyone to know that one of the owner's reached out to me via phone and apologized for lack of follow up. I was very pleased that Curb Appeal responded so quickly so I am going to change review from 3-star to a 4-star rating based up companies' quick response.”
