Home instead has been a wonderful care provider for my mom over the last year following a severe medical issue. They have been extremely reliable even with severe inclement weather. Caregivers had all been compassionate and competent and the schedulers have been highly flexible. I highly recommend them.
My experience of approximately five years has been excelent in every way. Representatives of Home Instead came into my home at first to care for my wife, whose health gradually worsened. Not every representative was fully capable of dealing with her problems but most were. After her death I retained one caregiver and she was truly excellent: so good that she was promoted to a higher position in the company. Fortunately, the lady who replaced her was also very, very capable.
