I started at CrossFit Millstone one week ago with no CrossFit experience. Walking into my first class was nothing short of an uplifting, positive experience. If you are wanting to try something new or are wanting to challenge yourself, CrossFit Millstone is the place to do it.
I joined Millstone in November 2025. I am continually impressed with the owners, coaches and the people that call Millstone their gym. The space is beautiful, the gym is exceptionally clean and the classes are great. If you are looking for a gym, a community, and a place to be inspired, I can not recommend Millstone enough.
Best gym in the quad cities! Don’t let a stigma of Crossfit keep you away from Millstone. I came as a drop in from out of town a few years ago and continue to return while visiting town. Millstone grows more vibrant every time I’m back. The owners and members are accommodating, inviting, positive and supportive of all peoples and levels. Super clean and large facility plus a great area for children. Not only an awesome place to get a workout but a great place you can set goals and grow as a person!
