Amazed by the facility. It was super clean with equipment that looks new. I was a bit nervous since I am not from the area. Everyone made me feel right at home. Can't wait to stop by again.

an amazing gym! i have been to multiple gyms, including other CrossFit gyms and none are comparable. Millstone is always clean and tidy. All of the machines work, and all of the equipment is in excellent condition. and the FLOORS, the floors are always clean, which is a huge plus when you’re face down doing burpees. Not to mention all the coaches and other gym members are super helpful and friendly.

A friendly environment with knowledgable staff for anyone from beginners to people who have been CrossFit athletes for a while. Tried a few places in town before I decided for this one and would not change it for the world. Highly recommend
