We found worthing with Alan the owner was the right mix of wanting to tailor the cleaning to your needs but also someone professional when something goes wrong. He works to reschedule or cancels if requested in advance and takes feedback forms to get some area more. We've found that the team cleans the same time very regularly and we only had 1 time in 5 years that enough of the cleaners got sick that he had to request a cleaning delay. It's a little more expensive than a single person outfit but he hasn't raised rates in 5 years.“
