As for the design, RaeAnne was a pleasure to work with. She explained all the options (and showed examples in their showroom) and worked up a nice design; we went through it in detail and made some changes in real-time. Then she sent an estimate; this work was all free. RaeAnne was friendly and prompt in all our communications. Again, we decided not to do the remodel now, but if we do in the future, we will definitely come back and continue with High Point from where we left off.“

“We did 3 estimates and concept bath wasn’t the highest nor the lowest. We went from a tub/shower to a walk in shower with glass doors. From the very beginning of going to the showroom, and talking with Collin we knew what we wanted. They had one on display and we went with almost exactly like it. They demolished on a Friday and came back Monday to start putting things back together. They was here 3 days. Drew and Curtis were very professional and their work was excellent. Leaving no small details out. Even the caulking around the shower was to perfection. We had to wait about 2 weeks for the glass doors as they are made locally and to the exact size needed. Mike and Dalton came back to install them. We could not be happier. We will look forward to as we get older and being Thankful that we have this walk in shower. What I liked about Concept Bath is they didn’t pressure us to sign. They showed us the items that would be used and that’s exactly what was used. They never once said well it’s the end of the month what can I do to have you sign.“
