I didn't actually order flooring from these folks YET. However, while dealing with a problem with another local flooring company, I stopped in to get quotes and ask questions re: wood flooring at the recommendation of our co-worker. The sales lady was helpful and honest re: General information about wood floors and flooring distributors. I let her know that I wasn't sure this would result in us buying from them because we wanted to resolve the issue with the other business.
