Lowest pay in the industry and also expect you to run circles for them just to obtain a job from them. They literally tell you that you aren't worth the money unless they think so, so they start you off as much as lawn care companies do. Sad but true. Only took 3 weeks for someone to return my call after dealing with bs from other employees from there
