First time appointment and meeting - get told immediately that she can tell I live in the country with well water because “she can smell the minerals” as soon as I took my hair down and then said it a few more times to the point where I told her I was self conscience about it now. Just an odd way to come off to someone who’s never been there. It might be completely normal to hairdressers but just rubbed me the wrong way especially after expressing that I’ve had trouble with my hair since moving to the country.
