First time appointment and meeting - get told immediately that she can tell I live in the country with well water because “she can smell the minerals” as soon as I took my hair down and then said it a few more times to the point where I told her I was self conscience about it now. Just an odd way to come off to someone who’s never been there. It might be completely normal to hairdressers but just rubbed me the wrong way especially after expressing that I’ve had trouble with my hair since moving to the country.

I called about scheduling. They said they could not get me in for a week and a half. I'm glad for the business that they're that busy. This seems a little far-fetched. I hope they continue to do well.

I have been there a few years ago. They did a good job on my hair, but were sort of snobby, and not very friendly. I recently called them after their shop opened back up. I asked if I can please make an appointment. The woman on the phone asked me who my stylist is. I said, it has been a few years, and I don't remember. She then told me, "if you can't remember your stylist, you can't get your haircut here." Right now, they are only open for regular customers. I understand it has been tough since the COVID-19 outbreak, but she didn't have to be so rude about it.
