Polk City First Choice Heating team went above and beyond when our heater went out. In fact, during their visit, the technician determined it was not a heating issue, but rather a problem with electrical. Rather than sending us to an electrician, the technician offered to fix the electrical problem, so our heat could return to working order as soon as possible.
