We were in the process of selling my father-in-law's house and had a limited amount of time to complete the inspection and any mitigation. Bill made time for us in his busy schedule and got the project done quickly and professionally.

Very happy with services from Bill and Lucky at TCO Radon! We were in a tight window before closing on a house sale, and Bill was able to work us in in a very timely way. There weren't alot of good options for where to install the mitigation and Bill was very patient in working with us as owners and including the new buyer to make certain that everyone was happy with their proposed solution. They even did a mockup of the install so that we could see how it would look and waited for our buyer to come onsite and approve. We are very happy with the successful remediation, the way things were cleaned up and carpet re-laid, and the ability to have everything successfully completed...read full review
