I highly recommend Jensen Real Estate. I moved to the Iowa Great Lakes area from Pennsylvania. I was working with Michael over the phone. Right with our first conversation, I could tell Michael was a straight shooter. Not only that, but he was very prompt in everything he did. My folks live in the area, and Michael got them into the house we ended up purchasing the next day. We ended buying our house sight unseen, with both his recommendation and my folks. We ended up getting a very good deal as well. Fast-forward a year plus, an acreage popped up on the market. I called Michael, and he had us out to look at the place that afternoon, which my folks ended up buying. It turn, Michael also sold their in-town house; Under Contract in less than a week. If you buying or selling, The Jensen team is the route to go! They don’t have 15-30 realtors in their office, so you still get true honest family service.
