I previous wrote a review of Tesdell saying that they were a company that did not follow ethical practices. This was regarding a misunderstanding that what I thought was an emergency call would be a non-charge since I was told my new home was under warranty. Evidently the issue was with Mid-American and not Tesdell Electric. Tesdell decided not to charge me for the service call after all. In the end, Tesdell proved that they are an honorable company. Sorry for the misunderstanding and I now would highly recommend Tesdell Electric. Honorable company with high standards. Tom Persinger

Called them 45 minutes before they opened to request an electrician come to my condo to fix a chirping smoke alarm. I am afraid of heights ( the alarm is on our ceiling) and didn't want to break the alarm. They sent someone around right away. I can't thank them enough. Awesome job.
