I love going here to tan but the costumer service by these young “managers” is atrocious. I told them it was my second time here and I was confused about pricing and she was so rude and would not explain nicely. I would have never treated someone like that when I was in customer service.
They have the best selection of tanning beds (for Sun Tan City) at this location. Be mindful of wait times between 6 and 8, better to go here off peak. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Nice young crew... always respectful, helpful and kind. I love seeing young kids work hard and be so polite! I love the crew in Ankeny! Always smiling as well! Beautiful group of young ladies!
