Loved the signature facial however the employees seemed new as they overcharged me. When I asked about the other rate they were unsure. I then had to call back to ask them to correct the amount. Still waiting on a refund..

Absolutely lovely people! I had a 90 minute massage went in early I was able to have water but he was also provided. I was able to have a free warmed neck wrap while I waited. They have a relaxation room that you can use before and after your massage which is very clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean they also provide showers if you need after your massage. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. My massage therapist was really knowledgeable about what they were doing and super friendly.

My daughter went for her first ever spa experience here, and got the teen facial for her 13th birthday. She spent her time with Alayna, and my daughter came out glowing from the inside and out. She loved how Alayna took care of her, how gentle she was with her needs and how kind she is. I will continue bringing her back to this wonderful woman, and we cannot wait to return!
