Iowa Home Exteriors, LLC
“What truly set this experience apart was the owner Kevin! We honestly can't say enough great things about our experience with him and his team of subcontractors! Taking on a full exterior home remodel felt overwhelming at first, but from day one, Kevin made the entire process easy and as stress-free as possible. He truly went above and beyond every step of the way, treating our home as if it were his own and making sure every detail was done right. Kevin put hours of work researching and meeting with different contractors about our ideas before even signing a contract with him.
Our project included new doors, windows and trim, decking, siding, gutters, and painting and the transformation is incredible. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Every part of the project was completed with care, precision, and pride, and it really shows in the finished product.
The subcontractors he brought onto the project were professional, courteous, hardworking, and highly skilled. They showed up on time, respected our property, cleaned up after themselves, and took pride in their work. It was obvious that he carefully chooses the people he works with, and the entire team reflected the same commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
What impressed us the most was the level of communication and dedication Kevin had throughout the entire remodel. He was always available to answer questions and got back to us very quickly, even on the weekends. He offered recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable with every decision that was made. Whenever something unexpected came up, he handled it quickly and professionally, always looking for the best solution rather than the easiest one. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does.
We never felt like just another customer, we felt like our project truly mattered. Kevin’s honesty, integrity, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. The finished product exceeded every expectation we had, and our home looks absolutely amazing. We've received countless compliments from family, friends, and neighbors on the transformation.
If you're looking for a contractor who delivers exceptional workmanship, hires outstanding subcontractors, communicates every step of the way, and genuinely cares about the customer and the end result, look no further. We are incredibly grateful for everything Kevin and his team did for us and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Thank you Kevin and your amazing team for giving us a home we can be proud of for years to come!”
