I have been going to Ruby’s nails for over a year. I always had issues with other places doing my nails too thick/bulky? Until I started going to Ruby’s nails. I had always had short nails and now i have long nails. I always get builder gel per Lisa’s recommendation as I explained to her I wanted longer nails. Everyone is always very nice and professional but I do want to give a shout out to Lisa for always doing an amazing job with my nails. I started going here in May of 2025. I had wanted to start getting my nails done and wanted natural length. My first appointment, and every appointment since, has been with Lisa. She is absolutely AMAZING at her art. She told me at that first appointment that builder gel sounded like the best fit for me due to my profession and what I was looking for. I have had builder gel ever since and have been so happy with it. She consistently checks in throughout the appointment to make sure you like the shape and length. Had a really great experience with Viviana. The place was clean, the aura was SO calm. Normally when I’ve gone to a nail salon it’s chaotic and I feel like things are all over the place - Rubys nails was opposite of that. I enjoyed the service and will be back!
