Pat is my hero. He didn't really have time when I called first thing this morning, but he believed me when I said I couldn't wait until this afternoon. He moved things around to come this morning to replace my burned-out sump pump and the backup system that didn't do its job. He even offered to squeegee the floor! Pat with Priority Plumbing was awesome. He helped fix my mom's plumbing and kept me in the loop every step. I live out of state and he sent video updates. Another company quoted us at 15K and Pat's price was a third of the cost. He went above and beyond to help my mom and I really appreciate it.

I got lucky with the timing, so this is not normal. But my sump pump stopped working after a night of rain, with more to come later in the day and the pit water level was within 4-5 inches of the lid. Called, they were luckily up the street. Installed a new pump within 30 minutes. They did a great job and answered my novice questions about the system. Plus the cost for a rush job was VERY reasonable. They have a customer for life, thanks Pat.
