Nick was fantastic to work with during our first home inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional, but also very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and never made my wife or I feel rushed or overwhelmed. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of generic questions, and he was patient with all of them and made sure we fully understood what he was seeing and doing.
He pointed out the important things, explained what was normal vs. what might need attention. He even let us climb up and take a look in the attic with him, which was really helpful and not something we expected.
