I had communicated with Harold via email previous to our appointment last night. He explained everything and did what was necessary for our best interest. It was definitely a learning experience; and pleasant as well! I’m really glad that we are now clients of Jackson Hewitt and Harold.
My first time doing my taxes with Harold this year and he helped me understand things I didn’t know! He made sure everything was correct and he was super nice ! Highly recommend him!
Jacob was awesome! They took us on the same day we called, he was fast, professional. Answered all our questions. Didn’t overlook anything. Got our taxes done and told us what our refund was on the spot. Emailed our receipt and printed out all put paperwork for us. Thanks Jacob!!
