Athletico Physical Therapy - Ankeny North provides a patient-centric focus, positive work environment, and attention to quality and high standard of care. The team is extremely helpful, wonderful, and kind, making patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in the door. Physical therapists are skilled and knowledgeable, thoroughly assessing and treating injuries. Patients have experienced significant improvements in range of motion, swelling, and pain reduction. Athletico measures patient outcomes and satisfaction, and is committed to continuous improvement. With a focus on providing the highest quality physical therapy and rehabilitation services, Athletico is dedicated to helping patients achieve their goals and recover from injuries. The team there are also extremely friendly, and it is such a welcoming and comfortable environment. It is nice to rely on someone that has the knowledge and guides you back to feeling normal, giving you the confidence you need to move forward.
This is the second time I have used Athletico and I have been very pleased. Shannon was the Therapist that I worked with the most and she was excellent in assessing what I needed to do to improve my pulled muscle. She explained exactly where the injury was and selected stretching exercises to help me improve. Dawn at the front desk is very patient and helpful as well. Thanks to their help I am back to running again!
My son experienced a traumatic brain injury from a brain infection and needed to rebuild all his muscle strength. We worked with Shannon for 4 months and she was amazing! She was patient with him when he was frustrated, celebrated with him in his victories and was a true champion for his recovery. She was always ready to meet him where he was at for the day but also push him because she believed in him.
Dawn at the front desk and other Physical Therapists at Athletico shared equally in creating a safe and fun environment for recovery. They worked with our schedule to accommodate and always did a great job communicating if changes needed to be made. It was bitter...read full review
I graduated from PT today!! It has been a long 6 months from knee surgeries in June & August. The team at Athletico are phenomenal!! Shannon pushed me every visit, talked to me about WHY each exercise is used & had a new task each time. Thank you! It takes a village with family, drs and PT to get better.
