I reached out to L&E for an assessment in mid-June. I received a txt message that they were behind by about two months, and would it be ok if they kept my information and reached out again when they are able to do an assessment. I said sure. 2+ months later I check back in to see if they could set something up. No response. I sent another text. Then a voicemail to please return my call even if they couldn’t do the job. No response. One last text from me that I’ll take my business elsewhere because I have never been ghosted by a business before. So I guess if you want professionalism or ANY communication, go somewhere else. Zero stars.

We had L & E Basement Waterproofing work on our basement this past summer. When we purchased the house the basement contained a large amount of water. Dean and company did an awesome job!! We have recently had quite a bit of rain and not a single drop of water in the basement!! We would definitely recommend!!

I really appreciate how Dean gives options: from the least expensive, which is likely but not guaranteed to work, all the way up to a comprehensive plan.My sister, whose 100-year-old house is the site of The Basement From Hell, has also used L&E. When Dean guarantees he'll make things right, he means it: It took him a total of three attempts to tame the basement beast, but now my sister's basement is bone dry. A true professional!
