When you make a reservation for your pet, they require a 50% deposit. I recently booked a stay for my dog, but later had to cancel the trip. When I asked for a refund of my $125 deposit, I was told they don't refund deposits. They save them as a credit for the next time you use their service. I don't have a reason to use their service in the future, so I'm out $125. This policy is not listed on their website or Facebook site, nor was it told to me in any other way. I was told there's a sign in all their buildings about that policy. That's fine if they require you to make a reservation in person. When I was all out of options to be able to take Ace to daycare on most days due to a conflict with my work schedule and the daycare hours, Brenda made some adjustments so now he can spend more time with his friends. Just look how happy he is ❤️ thank you for being amazing!

Best grooming and boarding place I know! The staff is so friendly and helpful! We boarded my two labs for 11 days when we went to Disney and while we were gone we would get updates of how they were doing and pictures sent to us! Definitely highly recommend Brenda and her staff! They are amazing and go above and beyond!! Thank you again for always taking great care of my two fur babies! I can’t wait to let them come vacation with y’all again
