I called them to ask a tax question and was told that I would have to make an appointment and be charged it starts at $200 an hour no way am I going to pay or even choose them if they're going to start charging me without answering my questions!!!

I formed a new LLC, and although I’ve always done my own taxes, I decided it was time to hire a professional since they are now more complex. I had heard about Insight through a community Facebook page. I sent an inquiry on a Saturday, was contacted Monday and met virtually with Scott in WDM a day or two later, who walked me through the process. I uploaded all my documents onto their convenient, user friendly, and secure system on the following Tuesday and my returns were completed 3 days later on Friday. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work with several CPA firms and while all have done good work it is rare that they go out of their way to be assistive and always, at every turn keep you in the loop. Chris and his team have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommended...and thank you.
