“Very happy with James Construction, from the first visit with Todd and his presentation of what was available for our roof. We think what pleased us most was his attention to detail and follow through. We are absolutely delighted with our new roof!”
“We cannot say enough about Behr Construction. They were referred to us by family friends after being dissatisfied with communication from large scale builders we had spoken to. After our first meeting, we knew our dreams were in the right hands. Mark, Shawnda, and their team are extremely down to earth, caring, patient, and just wholesome people you can trust which was so important for such an investment. Mark walked several lots for us over a few month span and did not pressure us to build (in fact, probably talked us out of it in some cases where the lot and house design would not have aligned with our budget and best interests). Being first time homeowners, we were very naive and uneducated on a lot of decisions. Mark always provided his honest opinions as if it were his own home, and was always looking for ways to save us money where it made sense. Throughout the whole process they kept our vision in mind, working hard to listen, understand, and make it exactly how we wanted. Prior to my initial contact with them, I was slightly hesitant because what I was going for did not seem common on their Facebook page/website. Through our experience I learned they are extremely flexible with their custom homes, have a wide variety of selection options available, and just don't need to prioritize marketing or many pictures of their work due to so much business by word of mouth or repeat customers. Our home is seriously everything we were looking for and so much more. Thank you so much Mark, Shawnda, Leslie, Brenda, Calvin, Paul, Alan, and all your subcontractors. So much.”
“We had an outstanding experience with Cover's Construction LLC. Their team was professional and open to work with my ideas as the homeowner. Our recent additions, included 2 exterior post & beam structures with gutters and installation of a french door and moving a huge window. The project was completed with excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The final result is exactly what we had hoped for. I highly recommend Cover's Construction LLC for any home construction needs—their quality, commitment to customer satisfaction and their integrity is what truly sets them apart.”
