When our air conditioning failed, a couple HVAC companies immediately recommended a new furnace and AC based on the age of the units. Baldon visited and started out by explaining clearly how they would diagnose the problem and costs involved. In about 90 minutes they isolated the problem, replaced the failed parts, and then explained how they verified each part and that all was running well afterward. The final bill was fair and less than 5% of the cost of a new furnace and AC.In short, Baldon fixed our AC less than 24 hours after we called them and saved me from spending a lot of money on a new furnace and air conditioner.
