This was our 2nd time working with BAM. The first time was to have a new egress window installed. This time we hired them to fix drainage issues with an older egress window (not the one they installed previously). They were quick to respond and Jake came to look at the situation with us. He was great to work with. Answered all out questions and provided detailed information for the plan to fix the window including the cost. They got the work scheduled, showed up at the time promised, completed the work, and came in on budget. Absolutely no complaints from us. I hope we never have water issues again, but we will definitely keep their contact information in case we do!!
