Shinelle is the BEST! Highly highly recommend...Been going to her for years...followed her from town! Been to many eyelash boutiques and she has kept my lashes healthy for almost 10 years! She is great with lashes ...great work and she's very fast too! Only realized how fast and awesome she is when I let someone else do my refill when she was booked and never again! Will only go to Shinelle!
Shinell is a wonderful Beautician and Lash Tech. Her salon is kept very clean. She follows sanitation protocol especially with covid-19 and other variants, viruses. Very gentle. Good listener. Pays attention to detail. Professional and personable.
