We used Oahu Electrical Services for a residential EV charger installation. It is difficult to describe how great these guys were. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with provided the best professional service. Inquiry began over the phone, proceeded to installation planning over email, and concluded with the technician installation. Every single person in this chain of providing service was extremely professional and helpful. The estimate was reasonably priced, and amazingly accurate at forecasting the time required. I originally contacted OES back in 2021 to get our electric panel replaced. Archana came out to check the apartment. He helped answer all of our questions about whether or not we needed to also change out wiring, outlets, and discussed options... Then I had my first baby and completely forgot about this. Everything was on the back burner. Then last month, I contacted Archana again, and we picked up where we left off as if no time at all had passed. We had a problem in a old building that could've required a permit which meant more time and more money. Archana knew his legal requirements and was able to help us get things done professionally and efficiently. Very honest, upfront, and gets things done in a quick and efficient manner. Nice clean work with no frills and great customer service.
