Service took a very long time to complete but when it was completed everything worked well. Just wish business would communicate. Went over two weeks not hearing a word and scheduled job got pushed out by around 3 months. Front desk is helpful!

We used Oahu Electrical Services for a residential EV charger installation. It is difficult to describe how great these guys were. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with provided the best professional service. Inquiry began over the phone, proceeded to installation planning over email, and concluded with the technician installation. Every single person in this chain of providing service was extremely professional and helpful. The estimate was reasonably priced, and amazingly accurate at forecasting the time required. I originally contacted OES back in 2021 to get our electric panel replaced. Archana came out to check the apartment. He helped answer all of our questions about whether or not we needed to also change out wiring, outlets, and discussed options... Then I had my first baby and completely forgot about this. Everything was on the back burner. Then last month, I contacted Archana again, and we picked up where we left off as if no time at all had passed. OES was very responsive and quick to get whatever paperwork we needed filed with the AOAO. Ryan and his partner came out to do the work and were very friendly. He was great at answering questions about potential future work, and I'd definitely go to OES again without hesitation! Thank you to the OES team for the wonderful experience and customer service. It made a task we had originally thought would be daunting, very pleasant.
