We purchased a Bosch wall oven from Best Buy. It was going to be a tight fit so they offered to send Victor out from Hawaii Unified. Victor was great ! He was very professional and had some ideas we really liked. He measured the space and assured us that he and his crew could fit it in. Victor, Andre BB, and Chavez showed up early today and they were great. They were so good natured and friendly we couldn't have asked for a better group of men. Their truck had to be parked at the bottom of our steep driveway...sorry guys. They did an incredible installation and were a great team. They carefully cleaned everything up and explained some basic procedures to follow with the new oven. Would highly recommend Victor and his crew! Thank you all for your quality work and being such a pleasure to have around.
Had a team of five good folks show up for a very tricky built-in refrigerator removal (it was a beast!) and new install. They were fast, friendly, and careful. Would happily use again!
I purchased a Viking built-in refrigerator/freezer unit from Best Buy. Hawaii Unified is their contracted deliverer-installer. Victor came 2 days ahead of delivery day to check the measurements and to figure out the logistics of getting the unit into my home. He forewarned me about the common recent problems with the door alignment of this particular unit (and the resulting condensation and temperature control issued resulting from it) that he had delivered to several homes and let me see some photos to clarify. On the morning of the delivery, he opened the front of the box to check, and texted me a message that the slight door misalignment didn't seem too bad and that if I don't approve of the unit upon seeing it in person, I can still refuse delivery. Once he arrived, he showed me the issue. He gave me time to take photos of it to text to a Viking-authorized warranty repair provider, who felt that the misalignment appears minimal and that it may not pose any problems, and if it did, they can try to adjust the doors or whatever it takes under warranty. The point is, I am very grateful that Victor warned me about this common problem he's been seeing so that I can be aware of it. I will log any and all problems if they should arise and will be prepared if any problems should arise. On delivery day, Victor, Jonathan, Andrew, Chavez, and Kingston were very friendly and professional. They had to carefully haul the 700-lb. appliance up a long and steep driveway and through a narrow hallway to get it to its spot. They expertly connected the fridge to the water supply, anchored it securely, and cleaned it so it's shiny and beautiful. Victor showed me how to operate the control panel and also what to keep my eyes on, in case I'm having one of the common problems of this Viking appliance. (They were also very nice to my dog, which means a lot to me.)
