Really great staff! I had a noon appointment scheduled to triage why my steering wheel was shaking/pulling to the left, and they were very prompt with getting my car taken in. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and gave me a recommendation on next steps for tires since their machine was down. Very lovely folks working here, cannot recommend enough!!
Second time bringing my truck here for work. There were a number of issues with my truck that have all been addressed by Ohana. When they began work, some other issues not quoted or previously discussed arose, but Ohana was sure to contact me and let me know before charging me for the additional work. Very transparent throughout the process and very professional service provider. Truly a 5 star service. Will return when further work is needed on my vehicle.
My car stopped working because of my alternator and luckily they were close by, I had to jumpstart my car twice before reaching them and they were able to take my car in same day and get my car fixed within 2 hours. Amazing service, I’m definitely coming back here for any problems I may have in the future.
