Aviation Medicine Clinic (DDHC)

The 25th Combat Aviation Medicine Clinic (CAB Clinic) provides healthcare to the Wheeler Army Airfield (WAAF) military community and beneficiaries on the islands of Hawaii through a comprehensive range of health services including flight medicine, primary care, clinical pharmacy, and behavioral health within the Soldier Centered Medical Home (SCMH). CAB also provides physical therapy, pharmacy ancillary services, and acute care during normal operating hours. Emergency services are not available.
